These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the inboundSelect platform and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
inboundSelect is a lead-management and marketing-attribution platform that routes inbound phone calls to licensed agents on behalf of agencies and provides tools to manage calls, billing, and appointments, including optional Google Calendar synchronization.
You must be a business user and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Agencies are responsible for the agents they invite.
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize inboundSelect to create and manage calendar events for appointments you schedule, as described in our Privacy Policy. The integration is optional and may be disconnected at any time.
Paid features (subscriptions, wallet usage, marketplace purchases) are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
The Service integrates with third parties such as Google, Twilio, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, inboundSelect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
